A Vengeful God

TWO OPERATIVES. ONE ESCAPED KILLER. AND A MISSION THAT'S ANYTHING BUT ROUTINE.

Multiple time USA TODAY & Amazon 6-million copy bestselling authors DAVID ARCHER and BLAKE BANNER have combined forces to create one hell of a thriller series! Alex Mason is the top operative at the Office of the Director of Intelligence Networks (ODIN) in DC. Aila Gallin is a captain in the IDF and a katsa with the Mossad. They often collaborate and are close friends. So he is not surprised when he receives a call from her at four in the morning. He is surprised when he discovers why she called. She reveals that five years earlier her mother was killed by a psychopath who escaped prison because he was declared insane. He has been five years in a mental institution, but has just been released. And she believes he is coming to kill her. Alex’s immediate, visceral reaction is to go to her immediately, but he has instructions to go to Brunei and collect James Lee, a CIA officer seconded to ODIN, who had been arrested in China and is now being returned to the US in an exchange of prisoners; an exchange that should be simple and straightforward, but which turns suddenly and terrifyingly violent and dark. Will Alex get to Gallin in time to save her life? And, after seven years in a Chinese prison, how much can he rely on Lee for help? Alex stands alone with the fate of his dearest friends in his hand, as well as the fate of his nation.
