Formless

An Inner Journey for Anyone Ready to Move Beyond the Noise of the Mind and Ultimately Find PeaceWhat if everything you’ve been searching for has been within you all along?

You’ve achieved what you set out to. From the outside, life looks settled. But inside, the unease remains—the overthinking, the worry, the persistent impression that something is missing. You keep changing your circumstances, hoping the next thing will finally bring peace. It never quite does.

Formless addresses the root of that suffering: our identification with the mind. With warmth, honesty, and striking simplicity, Sonika Cottman shows that you are not your thoughts, emotions, or the stories you’ve carried for years. You are the awareness beneath them—whole, present, and free.

Inside, you’ll learn to:

Observe your thoughts instead of being run by them.

Understand how childhood conditioning, the ego, and past pain shape your identity.

Release the past and step fully into the present moment.

Move from resistance and control into acceptance and surrender.

See how neuroscience, physics, and biology reverberate these eternal truths.

Remain centered and at peace regardless of what life brings.

Bring lasting presence into your relationships, work, and daily life.

This is not abstract spiritual theory reserved for monks or gurus. Drawing on her own experiences with relationships, divorce, parenting, health struggles, and a challenging career, Sonika makes these understandings relatable and practical for everyday life.

She isn’t writing about a path she read about; she’s writing about one she lived.

If you’re ready to stop seeking and reconnect with who you truly are, begin here.

Your journey within starts now.
