Jennifer dreaming about compromised toilets, Dawn’s adoration of Idris Elba and how to floss your teeth: this episode is an authoritative exploration of life and the complex admin that comes with it.

Ep 2: Embarrassment

From having to read out loud at school to farting during a massage, Dawn and Jennifer take a detailed look at what it means for us to be embarrassed. Falling off a cliff and being too ashamed to ask for help, trying to speak another language and making a faux-pas just before having an operation: this episode is an embarrassment of riches, as we deep dive the pain of being self-conscious.

Ep 3: Showbiz

In this episode, Dawn and Jennifer prove – beyond doubt – that there’s no business like showbusiness. From Jennifer trying to do a consistent Yorkshire accent to Dawn having a Nigel Havers’ constructed martini at the Palladium, this is a encyclopedic celebration of the ‘business’ that we call ‘show’, darling.

Ep 4: Paranormal

In this spooky exploration of the paranormal, can Dawn prove that she has ESP skills by guessing what vegetable Jennifer has drawn? And how did Jennifer get on when she was regressed by a woman with a squeaky voice? Warning: this episode contains a not-very-convincing conversation with a celebrity ghost.

Ep 5: Highs and Lows

This episode looks at Dawn and Jennifer’s dizzying highs and crushing lows. From bad hair days to very weird cream teas, via Jen buying a set of bagpipes and the pair of them talking authoritatively about TV shows they’ve not seen, this is a comic celebration of the ups and (mainly) downs in Dawn and Jen’s lives.

Ep 6: Decades

In this extended final episode of the series, Dawn and Jennifer reflect on a life of titting about, through the lens of each decade they’ve lived in. From falling over roller skating to accepting a Bafta Fellowship purely to gain access to free toilets, come along for a nostalgic trip through Dawn and Jennifer's decades.
