Generational Health

A proven 10-week plan that has helped thousands of men transform their faith, fitness, and families—because your body is a gift from God, and how you care for it will shape not only your life but generations to come.

Most men want to lead and love their families well. They want to grow stronger in their faith and build a body that can keep up with the life God has called them to. But too many feel stuck—spiritually passive, physically exhausted, and running on autopilot. Tyler Todt was one of them: overweight, glued to screens, and emotionally absent from the people who mattered most. Then his wife looked him in the eye and said five words that changed everything: "You're never stuck, my love."

That moment sparked a transformation that Todt has since refined into a proven system—one that has helped hundreds of men lose thousands of pounds and reclaim their energy, purpose, and presence. In Generational Health, he shares the same 10-week, Bible-based plan that turned his life around. No extreme diets. No 4 a.m. cold plunges. Just sustainable habits rooted in the conviction that physical health is an act of spiritual stewardship.

Each chapter includes actionable practices designed to work even on your worst day, Generational Health reveals why God cares about our bodies and offers a step-by-step plan for changing your:
