Hunt the Wild Night

Lush and fast-paced, Hunt the Wild Night plunges a disgraced huntress into a magical hedge maze that could redeem her, alongside the thief she’s hunted for years —the same boy who may be her only way out alive.

Once a decade, a rare Night Rift flower blooms inside a magical hedge maze and the Hunt begins…

Pyra has trained to protect the maze and harvest its magical plants her entire life. Now she has the chance to enter the deadly Hunt she’s waited for since she was a child. The same Hunt that took her mother ten years ago. Whomever finds the Night Rift flower gets a choice of power, truth, or healing, and many will stop at nothing to reach it first. Pyra seeks answers for her mother’s disappearance and redemption for a fatal mistake. But when she’s banned from the maze, Pyra is desperate enough to make a deal with Caro, the cunning maze thief she’s always failed to capture.

Caro hails from a rival territory known for stealing plants and experimenting with dark magic. If he reaches the Night Rift first, he will overturn the control Pyra’s people have held over the maze. Despite her sworn duty to apprehend him, Pyra can’t resist the allure of their familiar rivalry as huntress and thief. Together, they must survive the carnivorous plants, dangerous creatures, and deadly challenges that guard the Night Rift. They must outlast the other hunters, even if that means working with allies as secretive and desperate as they are. But Pyra’s greatest threat may not be the maze itself.

It may be the thief who’s been sent to kill her.

We are guardians. We are hunters. But we are always visitors, warned not to stay too long.
