The Jericho Siege

They saw a quiet grape farmer in the Missouri Ozarks. They didn’t see the retired CIA assassin who was just waiting for a reason to let the monster out.

Million-selling author Georgia Wagner teams up with Mensa genius and Navy vet, Scott Cook, to create your next favorite thriller series.

The dirt under Jonathan’s fingernails used to be the dust of Kandahar and Caracas. As a former operator for the CIA’s Special Activities Division, Hunt was a "Gray Man"—a ghost trained to dismantle insurgencies and vanish without a trace. His specialty was asymmetrical warfare, until he faked his death two years ago.

He thought he was out. He thought he could replace the violence with the silence of the vines.

He was wrong.

When his boss gets entangled with local thugs, Hunt steps in to handle it the only way he knows how—quickly and brutally. But he unknowingly kicks a hornet's nest. The thugs aren't just low-level criminals; they are the foot soldiers for Vissarion, a sadistic cartel enforcer with big plans for the small town.

Vissarion isn't just moving drugs; he’s testing a terrifying new synthetic weapon, VX-9, on the American heartland.

Now, with his new family under siege, the time for being a simple farmer is over. The police can’t help. The government won’t help. But Jonathan Hunt doesn’t need help. He has a particular set of skills, a hidden cache of weapons, and a burning need for revenge.

The operative is back. And he’s about to turn the Ozarks into a war zone.

Perfect for fans of Lee Child’s Jack Reacher, Mark Greaney’s The Gray Man, and the relentless pacing of John Wick with a dash of Mission Impossible.
